Yokohama's Chinatown: Effect of coronavirus to Japan tourism
We explored Chinatown in Yokohama before the local COVID-19 outbreak. During this time, Diamond Princess was still at the Port but under quarantine and there were still few confirmed cases but the effect of the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak was already evident in this video as local and foreign tourists were already avoiding this area. Local businesses were severely affected. Local Chinese New Year Festival was canceled and the Dragon Street Dances were postponed.

Best places to see Cherry blossoms in Tokyo: Ueno Park
Want to see Cherry blossoms in Japan?
Ueno Park is one of the best and easiest to access when you are in Tokyo via Ueno Station (JR Yamanote Line)
Cherry blossoms season comes in Tokyo late March to early April each year. This year Cherry blossoms were great because of relatively good weather but Japanese and foreigners could not enjoy its beauty at famous places like Ueno park because the authorities prohibited people from doing the traditional Hanami or Cherry blossom sightseeing in the park that prevented them from setting up a picnic on the ground. I filmed this video last year as an amateur practicing my editing skills. This was filmed on a cloudy day and at dusk so it was really dark. I hope you will still like it.

Kanamara Festival also known as Penis Festival
Kawasaki City, Japan
April 2019 The Kanamara Festival is centered on a local penis-venerating shrine. Enshrined is a legendary iron phallus who broke the demon's teeth inside a young woman's vagina. The shrine offers divine protections for business prosperity, and for the clan's prosperity; and for easy delivery, marriage, and married-couple harmony. It is also a popular destination for prostitutes asking for protection from STDs. The festival has become a very popular festival in Japan – especially among foreign tourists. The festival is annually held on the first Sunday of April.

Sapporo Halal Ramen Experience
March 3, 2019, in Sapporo City
We tried one of the famous miso ramen shops in Sapporo City, The Ramen Horyu. They offer Halal ramen and gyoza so we tried their special menu with our Muslim friends. Their most famous ramen is called Genghis Khan miso ramen with a spicier version karamiso broth. It is located near Susukino station of the Nambuko line (Sapporo City, Hokkaido). By the way, they are also awarded Michelin star in 2012 and 2017!
